Cupcakes and More

  1. What does the Bible say about sharing?
  2. Decorate six cupcakes.
  3. Take pictures of the cupcakes after they are decorated.
  4. Make a scrap or photo book, collage or poster with your photos.
  5. Think of some people, other than family members, to share three of the cupcakes with.
  6. Make a card with a Bible verse on it to give away with the cupcake.

Helps

Cupcakes can be made ahead at home or made at club meetings. This would be a neat opportunity for families to "play" together.

  1. Discuss some Bible verses regarding sharing, such as: Hebrews 13:16, Romans 12:13, Proverbs 22:9, Proverbs 31:20, 1 Timothy 6:18
  2. They don't have to all be decorated at the same time. You could decorate two each week for three weeks. Check out cake decorating magazines and cookbooks for decorating ideas.
  3. This is to be an outreach for your club. Discuss with your Adventurer ideas of who they can share their cupcake with.
  4. Use a verse such as 2 Corinthians 9:7, John 3:16
